Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Welcome to Delhi, the Capital city of Incredible India. On arrival you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for night stay.
Day 02 : Delhi sightseeing tour
Morning starts with a combined sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting the famous tourist spots in the city. The highlights of Delhi sightseeing tour are a visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple of Hindus, India Gate, President’s Palace, Raj Ghat (The memorial of Mahatma Gandhi), Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and Lotus Temple. Night stay will be in the hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi to Mandawa (2547 Kms, 6 hrs)
Breakfast in the hotel and then drive to Mandawa. Mandawa is a beautiful city of Shekhawati region in Rajasthan famous for wall paintings. At Mandawa one can also enjoy seeing how Indian potteries are made out of clay. We take a walk
through the streets of this small hamlet and enjoy interacting with local folks. Night stay will be in the hotel at Mandawa.
Day 04 : Mandawa to Bikaner (195 Kms, 4 hrs)
Breakfast in the hotel and drive to Bikaner. On arrival at Bikaner check into the hotel and later enjoy a guided tour to Junagarh Fortand Lallgarh Palace. Comfortable night stay at the hotel.
Day 05 : Bikaner to Jaisalmer (335 Kms, 6-7 hrs).
After breakfast today we visit the camel breeding farm and Rat temple. Later drive to the desert city of Jaisalmer. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer check into the prebooked hotel. The time is kept free for you to explore the city / own activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 : Jaisalmer & Sam Sand Dunes
Have a hearty breakfast in the hotel and then proceed for the sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer with a guide visit Jaisalmer fort - the second oldest fort in the state of Rajasthan built in the 12 century. The yellow sandstone was used in the construction of the fort and it shines like gold when sun rays falls on it, Patwon Ki Haveli built by the five sons of Guman Chand Patwa. The work done with the stones are spectacular. After that proceed to visit Gadi Sagar Lake – this manmade reservoir was constructed by built by Raja Rawal Jaisal and was once the only source of water to the Jaisalmer city. After sightseeing, have your lunch in the city restaurant or in the hotel. After lunch, you are going to experience the real Rajasthani Culture by visiting Sam Sand Dunes which is 40 Km away from the city. Enjoy Camel safari during sunset followed by folk dance and dinner in the desert. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.
Day 07 : Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (265 Kms, 5 hrs).
After breakfast in the hotel, you will be driven to the next destination which is Jodhpur - the second largest city of
Rajasthan often known as the Blue City. The local people, their style of living the life and festivity is the main charm of the city which attracts tourists from all over world. Reach Jodhpur and check into your designated hotel. After having some rest in the hotel, visit the Mehrangarh Fort – built by Rao Jodha in 1459 and Jaswant Thada – built in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Spend rest of the time to explore the city and mix up with the people. Overnight stay will be at Jodhpur
Day 08 : Jodhpur to Udaipur ex Ranakpur (266 Kms, 5 hrs)
Today leave Jodhpur and head to Udaipur “City of Lakes”. Enroute visit the Jain temples of Ranakpur devoted to the first Tirthankra of Jain sect. The most interesting thing to be noted is the architecture of the temple which is supported by 1444 carved marble pillars and no two pillars are the same. Check into the hotel upon arrival in Udaipur city. Evening enjoy beautiful boat ride in beautiful Lake Pichola. Spend the comfortable night in the hotel.
Day 09 : Udaipur
Today after hearty breakfast, enjoy the tour of Udaipur city which includes City Palace museum – the rooms of the museums are decorated with mirrored walls and ivory doors, colored glass windows and inlaid marble balconies. Later visit the peacock courtyard, Sahelion ki Bari – the garden was built for the royal ladies to spend some good time, Jagdish Temple – situated 150 metres away from the city palace museum was built Maharaja Jagat Singh in 1651 and Jag Mandir which served as refugee for Prince Saharan. Evening free for independent activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 : Udaipur to Pushkar (295 Kms, 6.5 hrs)
This morning after breakfast, drive to Pushkar - the sacred place for Hindu people. Every year thousands of tourists from abroad come to this place to witness the largest cattle fair held in the month of November. In earlier times, the city of Pushkar houses many temples but the last Mughal ruler Aurangzeb destroyed most of the temple. Today the famous attraction of Pushkar is the Brahma temple dedicated to Lord Brahma (only temple in the world). Visit other temples and the Pushkar Lake. Spend the night in the heritage hotel located near to Pushkar lake.
Day 11 : Pushkar to Jaipur (150 Kms, 3 hrs)
After breakfast in the hotel, you driver will take you to Jaipur – The royal city of Rajasthan popularly known the “Pink City”. Arrive Jaipur in the afternoon and check in to the hotel. After freshen up and relax for some time, enjoy local sightseeing tour of Jaipur visit the famous City Palace (Museum) situated in the heart of the city, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) – one of the five observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh and Hawa Mahal (The Palace of Winds) – the landmark of the city. Evening scroll the bustling bazaars. Spend the night in Jaipur.
Day 12 : Jaipur
Today after breakfast, enjoy the excursion tour of Amer fort. At Amber Fort you will enjoy Elephant ride to ascend the Fort to reach the main entrance of the hill fort. (Jeeps are also available for those people who don’t want Elephant ride). After Amer fort, visit the other Hill fort i.e. Jaigarh fort – famous for the largest canon in the world. Rest of the time you are free for personal activities / for shopping. Night stay will be at the hotel.
Day 13 : Jaipur to Agra ex Fatehpur Sikri (223 Kms, 4.5 hrs)
After relaxed breakfast in the hotel, start your journey to Agra city which is worldly known for its architectural splendor “Taj Mahal”. On the way to Agra, enroute visit the forbidden city Fatehpur Sikri just 30 kms away from the city of Agra. Later continue drive to Agra. Reach Agra and check into your designated hotel. After some relax in the hotel, visit Taj Mahal – one of the most beautiful monument in the world built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Also visit Agra Fort (Lal Quila) if time permits. Overnight stay will be at Jaipur.
Day 14 : Agra to Delhi (204 Kms, 4 hrs)
After relaxed breakfast in the hotel, head to Delhi. Reach Delhi and get transfer to the hotel. Spend rest of the time at leisure. Spend the last night in Delhi.
Day 15 : Departure from Delhi
A timely and comfortable transfer will be provided to you by the representative of Max Holidays to Delhi international airport from where board your flight back to home / next destination.
