There are Tourist offices available in all
the important places of Interest in the state of Rajasthan. The Rajasthan
Tourists Development that function in close collaboration with the State
Goverment of Rajasthan has opened up Tourist Reception Centers in all major
location of the State for the benefit and help of the visitors travelling
the state.
Tourists Reception Centers are available at Jaipur, Ajmer, Alwar,
Amber,Bharatpur,Bikaner,Bundi, Chittorgarh, Jaisalmer, Jhunjhunu,
Jodhpur,Kota,Mt.Abu, Sawai Madhopur and Udaipur. Glossary and brochures
related to the interesting places to visits as well as the maps to take the
journey to the particular place can be obtained from the offices. The
Tourist Reception centers also provides information regarding the easily
available routes to be taken and the places to eat and stay. If there are
goverment accommodation in any places of visit then the offices help in
booking the seat in advance for the comfort of the Visitors.
Tourists Information Offices » Jaipur : There is an Rajasthan Tourism Development
Corporation(RTDC) on platform No-1 at the Railway station .It is open from 7
am till 6 pm in the evening every day except Sunday. The main Tourist
Information Center is on Mi Road, open from 10am till 5 pm.

» Ajmer : The Tourist Information center is in the
RTDC's Hotel Khadim Compound and open from Monday to Saturday. Also a small
center of Information is available in the train station.

» Alwar : The Tourist in formation center is located
near the railway station and is near to the railway station. The in
formation center is not far from Hotel Aravali. Open six days a week from 10
am to 5 pm, it organises guides for local sight seeing and nearby areas of
interest.
