About Laxmi Niwas Palace

Laxmi Niwas Palace is a royal palace built with desire of Maharaja Ganga Singh ji in 1902 AD; Sir Swinton Jacob had designed this marvellous structure. This masterpiece in Indo Saracenic style of architecture built in pink sandstone has beautiful marble courtyards, canopied balconies with intricate carvings and lattice work in stone and wood. The splendid palace with artistic excellence is today a luxurious heritage hotel which has hosted some of the esteemed honoured guests from all over the world.
