We were overall really happy with the services, the hotels, guides, and the itinerary in general. The drivers were perfect particularly Mr. Singh in Rajasthan had excellent driving skills, a very friendly and customer oriented person. The hotels were really pretty particularly Rajvilas, Lake Palace and Udaivilas were clear highlights. I had an amazing trip to the undiscovered places of Rajasthan, as made me know more about their culture in depth. The guide took great care and showed Rajasthan to its dept. Hotel was good considering the budget. It was a memorable trip. I would really miss India!
My son and I travelled by Maharaja Express Treasure of India. It was a 04 days trip full of luxuries; we were treated like the kings. The staff was well dressed, spoke good English and served us well. The off train trips were organised very well in a proper manner. So all is all it was a fabulous trip.

Well, we wanted a holiday which followed our family history through India, and the customised tour from MaxHolidays was exactly that, thanks to meticulous care and planning of our agent, Mr Amit Dhingra, who managed to find us incredible hotels and still keep within budget! Our trip was extensive: Bengaluru; the beautiful Western Ghats; the serene and stunning Nilgiri Hills; Chennai, Delhi; Patiala and Shimla where my grandmother escaped hot summer months during her time as a nurse/governess to the children of the Maharaja of Patiala; the stunning Taj Mahal; Goa, the birthplace of my grandmother, with its beautiful beaches and warm sea waters; then Pune and finally, Mumbai. The locations, sometimes off the main tourist track, were very specific to our family. Just imagine… … staying in a hotel right in the middle of a coffee plantation in Kodagu, knowing that your grandfather worked in such a place in the very same area… …or visiting Bishop Cotton School in Bangalore where your mother, aunt and sister went, and finding their entries of admission in the original ledgers… …or the coincidence that your English father-in-law, who was in Delhi with the Royal Airforce in 1946, visited the same location near the Old Fort in the same year as your mother, father and sister who lived there.
This discovery was made thanks to a couple of old photographs and the knowledge of our guide, Mr Saurabh Sharma. People were so friendly and many, of all ages, asked if they could have a ‘selfie’ with us. (Never felt like a celebrity before!) One luxury was having our own driver for each area, with Mr Rajesh from Bangalore setting the Gold Standard, closely followed by Mr Subhash from Delhi and and Mr Bandu from Mumbai. Most guides were very experienced and knowledgable, providing fascinating historical detail as well as offering to continue family searches on our behalf, as did Mr Vankatasen in Chennai and Mr Dnyander in Goa. In Agra, Akash Anand, another excellent guide, also proved to be something of a master photographer, capturing marvellous moments of spontaneity for us. MaxHolidays is obviously a company which cares about its customers, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much! We are amazed at what we were able to cover and discover of this very diverse and very beautiful country. I am grateful to my late cousin, James Mullen, for his recommendation which I certainly echo!
The cabs, agents and other services provided by Max Holidays were quite satisfactory. Rajasthan has overcrowded roads and the driving there is too risky but I was thrilled to see the confidence of the riders there. On the other hand, talking about the fun I had there- it is indescribable. Wholly, we had a memorable time. Wished to stay there for long!
Hello, Me and my husband just got back from Rajasthan Tour and from there, we proceeded to Maldives then Dubai. I will be putting my feed back in Trip Advisor but I would like you guys esp the management knew how we did in our journey that was booked thru you. First of all, we are pleased and happy about the tour. The hotels were nice and clean and the itineraries were exemplary, it has met our expectations, so Thank you. Highly recommend this company.
