Dig deep into the wonderful, ancient history of India in Delhi. Visit the modern architectural marvels in the capital city. After a full day of sightseeing in the city, travel to the Kota region in Rajasthan. Here, you'll visit the Kaithoonvillage for viewing the small scale cottage industries, popular for handmade sarees. Visit many other attractions before heading to Chittaurgarh to enjoy the views of the massive Chittaurgarh Fort belonging to the medieval era. Travel to Udaipur, the 'Lake City'. Enjoy a visit to the City Palace. Get to the town of Pushkar, the venue for the world-renowned Camel Fair and dips in the sacred waters of the Pushkar Lake. Also, spend some quality time sightseeing in the cities of Japiur (the Pink City) and Agra (the City of the Taj).


Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi

Board your flight to the land of Cultures and religions 'India' where we always treat our guests as our God because that's what we learn from our elders. Arrive Delhi international airport; a warm welcome with garland awaits you. You will be greeted by company's representative and later you will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel. Reach hotel, our representative will do all the check in formalities and hand over to you the document kit. Overnight stay at your respective accommodation.

Day 2 : Delhi

After having your breakfast in the hotel, our guide will meet you in a hotel lobby and take you for a day long sightseeing tour of Delhi. Your tour starts with the visit of Qutab Minar – the stunning marvel architecture is the tallest monument in India which served as a watch tower to see the nearby activities. Some say that it was built with a motive to show the power of Qutubuddib and Mughal rulers. You can also see the Iron pillar of Ashoka's time which brought here and even after 1500 years, it has not rusted. Then you will be driven to New Delhi established by Britishers during their reign. You will see the Diplomatic enclave (the embassy area), several Government buildings including President palace and Red Fort Delhiparliament house, the landmark of Delhi 'India Gate – the war memorial', famous Sikh temple Bangla Sahib Gurdwara which is dedicated to the eight Guru, Shri Harkrishen Sahib and earlier the Gurdwara was the residence of Mirza Raja Jai Singh, Birla Temple also known as Laxmi Narayan Temple, Connaught Place. Have your lunch in a city restaurant and then proceed to visit Humayun's Tomb - the world Heritage monument was built in 1565 by Haminda Banu, wife of Humayun. Sources say that design of Taj Mahal was inspired by Humayun Tomb. Afternoon, you will enjoy the most memorable journey of your life by visiting Old Delhi which is very famous for its markets. Still the past reflects in the present. Visit Jama Masjid – built by Shah Jahan, the founder of Taj Mahal, Red Fort (Lal Quila) – the massive fort was built by Shah Jahan and it took 9 years to complete. Then you will proceed further to visit Raj Ghat – the final resting place of Father of Nation, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Evening get transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Delhi to Kota by train

Morning after breakfast, board a train to Kota from Delhi railway station and you will be surprised to know that India's railway network is the largest in the world. Reach Kota and you will be transferred to your designated heritage hotel. Situated on the eastern bank of the Chambal River, Kota was once the part of Bundi under Rajput Kingdom and later in the 17 century, it became the separate state. After freshen, you will be driven to the Kaithoon village where you will see the small scale cottage industries, manufacture Kota doria and famous handmade sarees. Later visit Maharao Madho Singh Museum – showcase the rich collection of miniature paintings, sculptures, arms and some creative items used by royal families of Kota, Kishor Sagar and Jag Mandir - an artificial lake was built in 1346 and in the middle of the lake is Jag Mandir made up of red sand stone, Kansua Temple – dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the evening, enjoy a walk near Kota Baggage – the irrigation canel system. Overnight stay will be at Kota.

Day 4 : Kota – Chittaurgarh (190 kms / 4 hrs)

Morning after lavish breakfast in the hotel, we will head to Chittaurgarh also known as the city of Fort. Chittorgarh Fort, the finest medieval fort built on a huge rock of 3 miles long and 495 feet high is still in existence. The history of Chittorgarh fort is the saga of valor and sacrifice. It was not easy for conquerors to rule over Chittorgarh and to win the battle with brave Rajput rulers who always live their life as a warrior and when time came, had sacrificed their life in fighting against more powerful enemy instead of leading a life of submission. The first ruler of Sisodia ruler, Bappa Rawal was the founder of Chittorgarh. Reach Chittorgarh and check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Chittorgarh.

Day 5 : Chittaurgarh – Udaipur (112 kms / 2 ½ hrs)

After relaxed breakfast in a hotel, head towards the city of lakes and gardens, also considered as the most romantic city in India 'UDAIPUR'. Once reach Udaipur, check into your pre-booked hotel. The city derives its name by Maharaja Udai Singh II who founded the city in the 15 century and set up his capital here. Pink City JaipurThe charm, home of many lakes and beauty of the city attracts tourists from all over world and apart from other Rajasthan desert cities, the city has no fort and has surrounded by hills, gardens. After the final separation from Chittor, the rulers of Udaipur constructed many temples, magnificent palaces and Havelis. The most striking architecture marvel is the City Palace situated on a hill overlooking Lake Pichola. Lake Pichola with its two islands i.e. Jagniwas and Jagmandir is the one of the top attraction of Udaipur. Check into the hotel. Spend some leisure time in a lake facing room. In the evening during sunset, enjoy a boat ride on a beautiful lake Pichola. From the boat, you will get the spectacular view of the city. Night in hotel.

Day 6 : Udaipur sightseeing.

Have a hearty breakfast in the hotel and then proceed for the full day guided sightseeing tour of Udaipur includes City Palace – considered as the largest complex palace in Rajasthan. From the city, it seems that the white washed city palace is floating on Blue Lake Pichola. Now the main part of the palace is open for the visitors as it is turned into a museum which showcases the beautiful mosaics of peacocks at the Mor chowk, the Glass and Mirror work and a beautiful collection of miniatures in Krishna Vilas, Jagdish Temple – constructed by Maharana Jagat Singh is the largest temple in Udaipur, Saheliyoin Ki Bari – the beautiful garden with its lotus pool, flowerbeds, fountains, marble elephants was designed Maharana Fateh Singh on the bank of Fateh Singh Lake and Jag Mandir – Built by Jagdish Singh in a classical style is the temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Last but not the least is Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal – It is a museum having rich collection of Folk dresses, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments and miniature paintings. Overnight stay will be at Udaipur.

Day 7 : Udaipur – Deogarh (140 kms / 03 hrs)

Today soon after breakfast, a short drive brings you to Deogarh. Reach Deogarh and check into the hotel. Reach Deogarh and enjoy rural train ride which starts at 1000 hrs. After freshen up and relax for some time, you are free to explore the city and the markets of Deogarh. Evening you can indulge yourself in Rajasthan atmosphere along with a folk dances and can taste traditional cuisine. About 140 Kms north east of Udaipur on the boundaries of Mewar, Deogarh is located. It is situated at a height of 2100 ft above sea level which makes this place cooler as compare to other cities of Udaipur. In the olden days, 'Rawat' the chief of Deogarh was one of the sixteen umraos (feudal barons) who was entitled to wait upon the arrival of Maharana. The main attraction of Deogarh is Deogarh Mahal – built in the 17 century is now converted into a heritage hotel. The palace stands a top of hill offer a spectacular view of the Aravali mountain range, lakes and countryside. Deogarh is renowned for a school of miniature painting which is still in practice and this art form is very popular in Rajasthan and other parts of India. On the fort walls, frescoes art form can be seen.

Day 8 : Deogarh - Rohet (235 kms / 05 hrs)

Have rajasthani breakfast in the hotel and head to Rohetgarh located in Pali district. Rohetgarh has one of the finest heritage hotel in the country and from past 15 years, it has been developed and renovated with great passion by the royal family. Late afternoon, you will arrive Rohetgarh. Check into the hotel. Later be ready to enjoy the jeep safari in rural villages to witness the local people, their life and some wildlife activities.

Day 9 : Rohet - Pushkar (255 Kms, 5 hrs)

Today after breakfast in the hotel, drive to Pushkar, one of the sacred palace for the people belongs to Hindu community. While driving, you will see the beautiful country side which is still unexplored and will witness the true colours of Rajasthan. Late in the afternoon, you will reach Pushkar. Check into your designated hotel. After check in and other formalities, you will be taken for the sightseeing tour of Pushkar visit the most famous Pushkar Lake also called Tirthraj which means king of all holy places - As per Hindu mythology, one has to take a dip to purify themselves before entering the temple, Brahma Temple – the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma also knows as the creator of this universe. It is a strong belief that whoever has tried to build another temple for Lord Brahma could not complete it. Spend your night in Pushkar. If the time permits, also visit the Dargah of Khwaja Moin Ud Din Chisti (20 kms from Pushkar Fair SpecialPushkar). Overnight stay will be at Pushkar.

Day 10 : Pushkar – Mandawa (280 kms / 5-6 hrs)

After breakfast, leave Pushkar and head to the capital of the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, Mandawa. There are famous havelies dated back to the 18 and 19 centuries which served as the residence of Marwari business families who spend their leisure life in this painted havelies. Some people think that Shekhawati is a town or village but it is a region comprising Sikar and Jhunjhunu districts with a network of towns Nawalgarh, Dhundlodh, Mandawa, Lachhmangarh, Fatehpur and Sikar. Reach Mandawa and check into your pre-booked heritage hotel. Enjoy the visit of the Dhundlod Town and nearby areas of Mandawa to see the open art galleries, havelies. Basically open art galleries are the painted havelies. Spend your night in Mandawa.

Day 11 : Mandawa - Jaipur (170 kms / 04 hrs)

Morning, leave Mandawa and drive to your next destination which is also known as the 'Pink city' because all buildings are painted in Pink colour, the symbol of warmth in Rajput Culture. You will reach Jaipur in the afternoon. Check into the hotel. Spend leisure time in deluxe hotel or you have an option to scroll the bustling bazaars and take a heritage walk in the markets. You can also enjoy rickshaw ride in the market. Evening enjoy rajasthani folk dance show with dinner in the city restaurant or in Chokhi Dhani – an ethnic village resort. Overnight stay will be at Jaipur.

Day 12 : Jaipur sightseeing

Morning, enjoy excursion tour with your personal guide to the majestic Amber Fort - take a pleasure on elephant back to ascend the fort to reach the main entrance of this hill fort. The massive fort construction was started by Maharaja Man Singh but it completed under the reign of his descendant Jai Singh. After sightseeing, return back to the city for lunch. After that, proceed for sightseeing tour of Jaipur city visit astronomical observatory – It is the land mark of Jaipur. Its construction was started by Sawai Jai Singh who was passionate about astronomy and did a great work in the field of Elephant Ride Amber Fortscience and technology, the royal city palace complex – situated in the heart of the city, Hawa Mahal - located in the Tripolia Bazaar is not a palace but a series of sandstone screen. It was built for the royal ladies to watch the everyday life of people and procession. Evening return back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 13 : Jaipur – Agra (235 kms / 05 hrs). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri

Leave Jaipur and drive to Agra – renowned for the monument of Love 'Taj Mahal'. En route after lunch at midway you will visit Fatehpur Sikri also known as the ghost town – It was once the capital of the Mughals under the reign of Akbar and still it is in an excellent state of preservation. Reach Agra and check into your designated hotel. Evening, you have an option to watch 6D Indian in Motion show which will take you to the bygone era and you will get to know India's history. Overnight stay will be at Agra.

Day 14 : Agra

If you want to get the spectacular view of Taj Mahal then you should visit Taj Mahal during sunrise. Great Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built Taj Mahal in the memory of his dearly loved Mumtaz Mahal (Second wife) who died after giving birth to his 14th child. It took 22 years to complete with a work force of 20,000 craftsmen and master builders. Have your breakfast in the hotel and then proceed to visit other breath taking site of Mughal era. Agra fort – the palace where Shah Jahan died after spending 8 years of his life in prison and Itmad-ud-Daulah, commonly known as baby Taj. Evening you return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15 : Agra- Delhi (204 kms / 05 hrs)
