Find out why Delhi is so popular with tourists from all around. Explore Old and New Delhi, and absorb its historical and cultural charm. Leave for Jaipur, the 'Pink City' of India, and known for its cultural heritage. Visit the tiny villages of Rajasthan. See the Amber Fort, the City Palace and the Hawa Mahal. Drive to the Ranthambore National Park for an adventure-packed jeep safari. Enjoy the Royal Bengal Tiger sightings. Explore the city of Agra, the erstwhile Mughal capital, to see the Taj Mahal while making a visit to Fatehpur Sikri, the 'Ghost Town' en route. Drive back to Delhi.


Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

On your arrival at Delhi airport or train station, you will be welcomed by our representative. He will assist you to your car/coach and drive you to your pre-booked hotel. (Note that the transfers will be provided on with the other group members arriving at the same time).

Day 02: Delhi sightseeing

After leisure breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we will get grouped in the lobby and be introduced to our tour guide who is going to assist us with Delhi sightseeing. He will give you a short brief on Old and New Delhi and the spots to be travelled along on India tour and travel. The tour starts with Old Delhi where the monuments, buildings and market areas are made by Mughal emperors. There, we drive through the Red Fort the replica of Agra Fort constructed by Shah Jahan and next is the visit to the Jama Masjid one of the largest mosques in India. Once you are in Old Delhi, you can't miss to wander around the old market area of Chandni Chowk to some of the oldest shops buildings and structures even centuries old, here, we will hop on rickshaw (tricycle) which will assist us to explore the area, completely. There we can enjoy local street foods like paranthas (stuffed chapatis), papri chat or golgappas. Later visit Raj Ghat – the cremation group of Mahatma Gandhi. From here, we head towards the New Delhi area, where we will drive through the diplomatic enclave (hub of politicians), Rashtrapati Bhawan and India Gate. We have arranged your lunch in the city restaurant After lunch, head to visit monuments in New Delhi namely Humayun Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutab Minar the finest examples of Persian architecture in India. After sightseeing, spend some time with the young locals and tasting the Indian cuisines.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Today, we will have the early breakfast at the hotel as we leave early for Jaipur to avoid the traffic jam and rush. Enjoy the drive through India's finest freeways exploring the interesting countryside on the way. See the diversity of culture and heritage in living of the people; view the small villages, farms, hamlets on the way. On arriving at Jaipur, we check into the hotel for rest and relaxation. Pink city, where you will see the houses paint in pink, markets, historical building made of red-pink sand stones. The city has kind of serenity, and calmness in it. After bath and change at the hotel, enjoy visit to Galta Temple. Later we will explore the locals at Jaipur starting with leisure walks at the bazaar and enjoying lunch at local restaurant. The bazaars of Jaipur are famous for precious and semi precious gem stones, jewels, handicrafts, etc, so one can buy the colourful stones, Indian attires or jewellery for loved ones. Evening is planned for the live performance of Rajasthani folk dance, puppet show followed by the lavish dinner at city restaurant.

Day 04: Jaipur

Today, after breakfast, we drive towards the outskirts of Jaipur, to witness the ancient Amber Fort, surrounded by the Aravali Hills. We will hop on to the elephant's back, which will take us to the entrance of the Fort. Here, we will meet our guide who will assist us for an inside tour of the fort, telling us about the stories behind the fort and its architecture. Following sightseeing of Amber Fort, we will drive back to the city, where we will explore the other famous monuments which are City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - which is built of pink sandstone along with the beautiful coloured glass work.. After covering the monuments, this is time to explore the other interesting things, such as making of lac bangles. We will visit to the colourful bazaar, where you hear the jingle of bangles, the aroma of lac along with a lot of women, bargaining and purchasing. Don't miss to buy the same for female friends and relatives, as they will love it. In evening, we drive back to hotel for rest and relaxation. Overnight stay is at hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur – Abhaneri Village – Ranthambore National Park

After leisurely breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we will drive to our next destination famous for its wildlife and Bengal tigers, enroute we will stop at the abandon village of Abha Nagri, which attracts the travellers to its large step wells or Chand Baori, there one can also experience the rural life at the small hamlets and villages. From here, we continue our drive to Ranthambore where we will reach by late afternoon and spend the evening staying at the jungle resort. Dinner will be served in the restaurant.

Day 06: Ranthambore Park

Early this morning, tea / coffee and cookies will be served at the restaurant after which we will ride our canter / jeep and proceed for the jungle excursion. During the jungle trip, you will see a variety of animal species that is one of the largest in northern India. The most common wild animals that you may encounter here during the day light are the Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Striped Hyenas, Sambar Dear, Nilgari, Wild Boar, Desert cats, Indian flying foxes, Mongoose, etc. Later return back to our resort, breakfast and lunch will be served in the resort. After lunch we will have a jungle excursion and later in the evening we return back to our resort. All meals and stay will be in the resort at Ranthambore resort today.

Day 07: Ranthambore - Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

Following a leisurely breakfast at the Ranthambore resort, we will drive to Agra - a Mughal city known for the Taj Mahal. As it is a long drive, it is advised for the travellers, to dress comfortably and keep things which can keep them busy and safe. Just before 40 kms from Agra, we will visit the deserted city Fatehpur Sikri, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. The main attractions of Fatehpur Sikri are Hall of Audience, Dargah of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and Buland Darwaja. After this short visit, we drive to Agra, where our company representative will welcome your and assist you to check into your room. Comfortable night stay should be at your hotel in Agra. Remarks: Optional visit to famous 'Mohabbat-e-Taj' show can be arranged in the evening on demand.

Day 08: Agra – Delhi

Early this morning, drive to the Taj Mahal, located on the bank of river Yamuna. Taj Mahal has been one of the most visited and photographed monuments in the world. Here we will stop at the parking area, where we will ride the tonga ride, which will drop us to the entry gate of the Taj Mahal. This will be the fun ride, as you will see some of the stubborn tonga and some will be the funny. After the ride we get assisted walk in the Taj accompanying guide, which will tell you about the innumerable facts behind the story of Taj. Later visit Agra fort built by great Mughal emperor Akhbar in 15th century where the Shahjahan was kept under imprison by his son Aurangzeb. Agra is known for its marble and leather products for shopaholics. Take some free time to spend time at the bazaars and buy some souvenirs for friends. Later, we head towards our last destination, New Delhi. Here rooms booked for us to spend time at leisure and later connecting for your onward flight to home/next destination.

Day 09: Leave from Delhi

Depending on your flight timings our representative will provide you comfortable transfers from your hotel to airport. For those guests who are leaving with afternoon flights today we will provide breakfast in the hotel and stay until noon time.
