Visit the architectural marvels of Old and New Delhi before travelling to the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, where you'll visit the village of Mandawa. Drive to Khimsar to see the Khimsar Fort and the Rat Temple at Deshnok. Visit the desert cities of Jaisalmer and Bikaner for sightseeing. Get to the tribal village called Bishnoi. Reach Udaipur, the 'City of Lakes' for another exciting sightseeing tour. Soak up the historical charm of Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. Enjoy a stroll through the local bazaars in the city. Travel to the city of Agra to see the Taj Mahal, an architectural wonder and a monument of love, and the massive Agra Fort.


Tour Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Begin the tour with arrival in Delhi, the beautiful capital city of our country. Our representative will meet you at the airport and escort to the hotel along with assistance in check in process. Delhi the city with varied culture and features that offers a fantastic start to your tour. Rest of the day is free at leisure and to explore the city on own. Overnight stay is in Delhi .

Day 2 : Delhi sightseeing

Explore the two different parts of the city which are Old & New Delhi. We visit the older part first where we drive past the huge and glorious Red Fort, located close by to it we visit Jama Masjid the beautiful mosque which is largest in India and the oldest market of the city Chandni Chowk will be traveled around by an enjoyable rickshaw ride. Raj Ghat – the cremation place of the great freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi is the last site in Old Delhi. From here we drive towards the modern face of the city the New Delhi, as you enter here the high rise buildings and modern infrastructures is easily notable. Drive pass the British architectural marvels such as Rashtrapati Bhawan – the President's House and the Parliament House. Visit the remarkable Mughal monument – Humayun's Tomb and the tallest stone tower in the country Qutub Minar. Evening is free for shopping. Overnight stay is in Delhi.

Day 3 : Delhi – Shekhawati (250 Kms / 5-6 hrs)

Morning drive to Mandawa situated in the Shekhawati district of Rajasthan. On arrival Mandawa check into the hotel and relaxation for some time. The region is very artistically decorated with painted walls of havelis around in frescoes and murals. The walls of all the havelis which served as the residence from the yesteryear are decorated with antique representation of the Mandawa family and recall the past era that was royal, rich and splendid. Overnight stay is in Mandawa.

Day 4 : Shekhawati – Khimsar

Today morning have your breakfast and move on towards Khimsar, balanced on the border of the vast Thar Desert. Outstanding fort at Khimsar demonstrates a wide assortment of skills. The conflict – marked ramparts & towers take you back to the one of the splendid past. Today, the Khimsar Fort position high in the middle of the leading confidential traditional hotels of India. On the way to Khimsar en route visit the globally famed Rat Temple at Deshnok. On arrival at Khimsar check into your pre booked hotel. Later in evening visit the Khimsar fort. Overnight stay is in Khimsar.

Day 05 : Khimsar - Jaisalmer (240 km / 6hrs)

Today have your breakfast in the hotel and move towards Jaisalmer, established in the year 1156 by Rawal Jaisala Bhatti a Rajput leader. It is also called as the golden city as it is holding the massive desert. And is also an imperative prehistoric dealing centre because of its premeditated position on the camels. Jaisalmer also have many old Havelis, built by traders of the 19th century, which are elegantly engraved from golden-yellow sandstone & are in a gorgeous state till date. On arrival at Jaisalmer check into your pre booked hotel. Overnight stay is at Jaisalmer.

Day 6 : Bikaner – Jaisalmer (330 kms / 7-8 hrs)

Morning drive to Jaisalmer, established in the year of 1156 by Bhatti Rajput ruler Rawal Jaisal. Often explained as Golden City & growing from the heart of the Thar Desert like a golden illusion the strong fort fixed in yellow sandstone, control the amber-hued city with its whole grand finery. Because of its planned location it was an imperative antique trading centre & camel caravans laden with precious spices & silk crossed the country enroute India, Arabia & Europe. The merchants of the 19th century built Havelis (Mansions) that are delicately imprinted from golden-yellow sandstone & are still in a stunning condition. The life within the fortified town conjures up the images of medieval majesty visible in its thin lanes strewn with outstanding palaces, havelis, temples & camels everywhere. Overnight in Jaisalmer

Day 7 : Jaisalmer – Manvar (180 Kms / 3.5 hrs)

Drive to Manvar this morning, on arrival check in at Manvar resort, later ride to the camp ground which lies under the sand dunes of Shergarh region (uppermost dunes in the desert are found in this area). Enjoy dinner accompanied by folk music & dance entertainment. Overnight in Manvar

Day 8 : Manvar – Rohet (110 Kms / 2 hrs)

Leave for Rohet Garh, upon arrival check into hotel. Rohet has been the equipped desert home of the descendants of the 16th century Rathore of Champawat clan. A place where inspite of the inroads of modernity, noble norms are still reserved and where one can, even today, enjoy and experience the famed warm and well-mannered Rajput hospitality. Day 9 : Rohet

Morning enjoy the Bishnoi tribal village safari by jeep, as Rohet is famous for village safaris, which presents its guests to local cultures and traditions. Guests are taken into homes and received with warmth and friendliness and interrelate witha variety of communities living in the area and share and understand their worlds, the Bhishnoi's, guards of nature for five centuries and possibly the world's first biologists, responsible for the survival of species such as the black-buck antelope: the semi nomadic Raika shepherds of Marwar whose luminous crimson and marigold costumes would put modern designers to shame: as also the Paliwals and the Meghwals, the farmers and weavers. Overnight in Rohet.

Day 10 : Rohet – Udaipur (280 Kms / 6 hrs)

Leave for Udaipur, on the way visit the famous Jain temples of Ranakpur. The temples holds significant importance in the religion of Jainism, the temples are visited by large number of devotees every year along with numerous tourists. The eye catching feature of the temples here are the 1444 pillars that are exquisitely carved with no two similar in their designs. Later continue drive to Udaipur on arrival check in at the hotel and overnight in Udaipur.

Day 11 : Udaipur

After Breakfast take sightseeing tour of Udaipur visiting the attractive "City Palace & its museum". Molded in soft yellow stone the palace is a marvelous monument to see & a division of the Palace is now a museum with its marble and sandstone walls laden with luminous miniature paintings and bejeweled with coloured glass and mirrors. The tour continues to the Sahelion-ki-Bari, also known as "the Garden of the Maids of Honour". Next we visit an Indo Aryan temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath – Jagdish Temple. Later enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola by evening w2hich takes you around the two beautiful structures in the lake – Jag Mandir and Jag Niwas. Overnight stay is at Udaipur.

Day 12 : Udaipur – Deogarh (135 Kms / 3 hrs)

Drive to Deogarh today and on arrival check in at the hotel. The Deogarh fortress is situated on a hillock and it is surrounded by the villages. It was constructed by the famed Sompura designers, famous for their accompaniments and alterations which were carried out according to the needs of the residents. There are five floors and over 200 rooms that have murals done by local painters after whom Deogarh School of painting has got fame all over the world. The family has a large set of Deogarh miniatures. Overnight stay is at Deogarh.

Day 14 : Deogarh – Jaipur (275 Kms / 6 hrs)

After healthy breakfast drive to Jaipur, upon arrival check into hotel. Jaipur is the capital of the royal Rajasthan state of India. With a glorious past Jaipur holds an important place in history and today its various majestic monuments boasts its cultural heritage. The pink colour of the city attracts every visitor's attention. Evening is free to explore the markets of Jaipur and overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 15 : Jaipur

City tour of Jaipur today, takes you through the mind blowing ancient monuments here. Early morning we take on an excursion tour to the main attraction of Jaipur – The Amber Fort. The rough and strong exterior of the fort protects the calm and soothing interiors, located on top of the hill the fort looks stunning and is reached by a royal elephant ride. The artistic and delicate carvings in the interiors of the fort are praised by all visiting here. Later we drive back to Jaipur and visit the famous tourist sites such as the City Palace built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Located close by the palace is an observatory known as Jantar [Elephant at amber Fort] Mantar and the famous pink monument Hawa Mahal. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 16 : Jaipur – Agra (230 Kms / 5 hrs)

After morning meal leave for Agra, on the way visiting Fatehpur Sikri. The ruined city established by Emperor Akbar as his capital for sometime as it was later shifted back to Agra due to the scarcity of water. After this continue drive to Agra, on arrival check in at the hotel. Agra is famous all over the world as home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World Taj Mahal – the white marble monument and tomb for Empress Mumtaz Mahal, built by her dearly loved husband Shah Jahan in her memories. The Taj Mahal is often explained as a 'dream in marble'. Overnight stay is in Agra.

Day 17 : Agra – Delhi Departure. (205 Kms / 5 hrs)

Early morning visit Taj Mahal for a mesmerizing view of the monument at sunrise, after breakfast visit Agra Fort. Agra Fort built on the Western bank of the River Yamuna, Akbar's magnificent fort controls the centre of the city. Lastly we visit Itmad-ud-daulah also known as Baby Taj. After the city tour we drive to Delhi, on arrival drop at Delhi international airport to board flight for onward destination.
